Grass Fed Jersey Cattle

We keep a grass fed registered Jersey cow, named Pixie, as our family milk cow. Jersey cows produce 2-4 gallons of milk a day and are an amazing resource to the farm. In addition to providing enough milk for her calf and our family, Pixie still produces enough excess for us to make homemade butter, ice cream, cheese, and soap!
