A true grazing pig

Idaho Pasture Pigs were developed from Kunekune, Old Berkshire, and Duroc pigs. The result is a short snouted, grass grazing pig, that is gentle on pasture and reaches market weight at nine to ten months with the majority of its diet being grass.

Large but gentle

Sows will mature to 250-350 lbs, while boars will reach 350-450lbs. Idaho Pasture Pigs are a gentle breed that love getting belly rubs and attention from our family, friends, and guests.

Clean, healthy feed

Our pigs are fed a small amount of soy-free non-GMO feed every day. This ensures they receive all the minerals needed in their diet and keeps them happy and healthy.
